Purpose

Claiming a domain allows

  • Users of the same domain cannot create standalone accounts
  • Users of a claimed domain can automatically be forwarded to their SSO portal from the login page
  • Admin of a claimed domain can import standalone accounts of the same domain


Accessing Claim Domains

You can access settings by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting settings.




To claim a domain

  1. Enter 1 or more domains in the Domain field.
  2. Select Save


To finish the claiming process, create the appropriate TXT DNS records for the domains.  The domain will be Pending until Verified.


The domain verification process should verify a domain within an hour.
