Some firewalls require verifying the SSL certificate chain of and EDL URL when using HTTPS. The EDL Manager SSL cert chain for engine.edlmanager.com will need to be imported into the firewall.
Current certificates - Effective June 17, 2024
If you are trying to fix the certificates because of the change on June 17, remove the old "GTS CA1P5" certificate and replace it with the WR1 certificate
Engine.edlmanager.com has 2 certs that you will need for certificate chain verification.
- WR1.crt
- GTS Root R1.crt
They can be downloaded by clicking below. Follow your manufacturer's guide for configuration.
On occasion, a firewall might not be compatible with the GTS Root R1 cert. If that is the case, download the additional certs.
