Some firewalls require verifying the SSL certificate chain of and EDL URL when using HTTPS. The EDL Manager SSL cert chain for engine.edlmanager.com will need to be imported into the firewall.

They can be downloaded by clicking below. Follow your manufacturer's guide for configuration.
On occasion, a firewall might not be compatible with the GTS Root R1 cert because it is cross signed. If that is the case, download the additional certs.
